Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Clinic Nurse to provide primary clinical support in an outpatient setting, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures.

Responsibilities include obtaining patient history and vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with minor procedures, collecting specimens, administering medications, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to provide care across specific age ranges, with experience or new graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.
