The LPN will work full-time under supervision of an RN or physician, performing assessments, administering medications, and supporting admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where practicing
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
