As an LPN, you will perform assessments, administer medications, document in the EHR, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Kentucky.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
