Job summary

Avon Health Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join as a Charge Nurse for the 11-7 shift. This full-time role covers 32 hours weekly with every other weekend and every other holiday, providing leadership and hands-on resident care in a compassionate, resident-focused setting.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($34–$37.50) plus substantial shift and weekend differentials, generous PTO, eight holidays, and a suite of health benefits.

We are seeking a full time (32 hours) LPN Charge Nurse on the 11-7 pm shift, including every other weekend and every other holiday.

$34-$37.50 /hour PLUS $6.25 - $9.37 per hour for picking up extra shifts!

$2.25 Shift Differential

$1.25 Weekend Differential

3.8 weeks PTO accruing from day one
