Cooperative Home Care, Inc is hiring an LPN to support a pediatric patient in Florissant, Missouri. This private duty nursing role focuses on 1:1 patient care in the home setting, enabling you to build strong, ongoing relationships with the child and family.

Shifts are Mon-Thu from 12:00am–8:00am with a pay rate of $32.00–$35.00/hour. Sign-on bonuses are available, and comprehensive benefits are provided including health, vision, dental, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Missouri is required.
• Active CPR certification; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders and standards.

Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 12:00am - 8:00am.

Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour

Sign on Bonus:

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn't active!)
