Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the front-line care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work with an interdisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience as a LPN preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, vital signs, and wound care.
