Job summary

Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated LPN Dayshift to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with each plan of care. You will administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents’ conditions, and communicate changes to the physician to ensure timely interventions and excellent patient

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• A current, unencumbered, active OH LPN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor resident condition and notify physician of any change.
