Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an LPN per diem to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients. The role focuses on medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with the care team to implement individualized plans.

The LPN will perform routine vitals, monitor conditions, and help maintain HIPAA-compliant records. Per diem status offers flexible scheduling to support evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As an LPN Per Diem, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to "Revolutionizing Care Delivery." As part of our per diem team, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexible and responsive care to our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and patients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

Requirements:
