Southpoint Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Durham, NC, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a growing long-term care team. We offer a premium rate of $39.00 per hour for day, evening, and night shifts, with flexible scheduling and a supportive management team.

The LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards residents’ health, safety, and welfare by following applicable laws, regulations, and nursing policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as LPN.
• LTC/SNF experience required.

Now Hiring:

• Day Shift: 7am-3pm
• Evening Shift: 3pm- 11pm
• Night Shift: 11pm-7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
