Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. The LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and works with a multidisciplinary team to promote well‑being.

The role involves monitoring patients, reporting changes, and, on a daily basis, assigning duties, giving instruction, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. CPR certification and an active LPN license in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Graduated from an accredited LPN program; CPR certification required or obtained on hire.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
