We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN, administering medications and treatments as ordered, assisting in the development and implementation of care plans, and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a LPN
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a LPN preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
