Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Winter Park is seeking a licensed practical nurse to assist physicians and registered nurses in delivering chemotherapy and patient care. You will administer and prepare chemotherapy agents, perform patient assessments, document medical records, and educate patients and families.

Required are an active Florida LPN license, IV therapy experience, oncology background, 30‑hour IV certification (or plan to complete within 90 days), CPR

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license is required.
• Experience with IV therapy in clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Prior oncology experience is preferred.
• Completion of a 30‑hour IV certification course or plan to complete within 90 days of employment.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• BLS certification is required upon hire or within 30 days of employment.
