Job summary

Wallace Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Wallace, NC is hiring an LPN to join our long-term care team. This role includes supervising staff and safeguarding the health and welfare of residents per nursing policies and state regulations.

We offer night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM with weekend options), a supportive management team, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition assistance through our university partner.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of staff and supervise care to residents.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare of Residents in accordance with laws and nursing policies.

Summary/Objective:

Qualifications for LPN:
