Job summary

Complete Care seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at our Wall Township facility in New Jersey. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, with shift differentials for night shifts, and the option to waive benefits for higher earnings.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, document changes, and collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents' health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
