Job summary
Complete Care seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with a team to support daily living activities and care plans.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
