Job summary

Fine Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide patient care across our NY facilities. You will work under doctors and RNs, taking vital signs, collecting samples, and administering medications to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Applicants must hold an active NY LPN license, CPR certification, and be able to stand for long periods; MMR/VZ titers and work authorization are required. We offer flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN License.
• Current CPR certification.
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• MMR & Varicella titers.
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive.
• 1 personal reference letter and 1 professional reference letter.
• Original non-expired State ID.
• Original work authorization.
• Malpractice insurance policy.
• Knowledge of EMR programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of doctors and RNs.

Fine Care Center (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for working under the supervision of doctors and RNs, performing duties such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring patient comfort, and reporting the status of their patients to the nurses.

Requirements of the (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse are as follows:

• Active New York State LPN License
• Physical
• Current CPR certification
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion is a MUST
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Resume
• MMR & Varicella titers
• PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive
• 1 Personal reference letter, 1 Professional reference letter
• Original non-expired State Identification
