Hampton Ridge Healthcare in New Jersey seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team and deliver high-quality patient care. FT and PT roles include a sign-on bonus at 6 and 12 months, and a per diem option with weekend differential. Baylor option available.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration per physician orders, treatments, sterilization of tools, and supervising nursing activities on the unit. A NJ LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, family members and peers.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
