Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer‘s Center of Excellence (Aurora) is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN delivers compassionate nursing care, monitors patient status, and collaborates with physicians and other professionals to support residents' well-being.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferredCPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
