Job summary

Life Care Center Of Pueblo is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary care team. The home provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-operative recovery, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts.

As an important member of the team, you will deliver nursing care, monitor patient status, and supervise CNAs to support patient well‑being in a compliant, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and provide care to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements
