Job summary

Help at Home is hiring LPNs to provide in-home nursing support in Mississippi. You will work 1:1 with clients, following individualized care plans and documenting observations during your shift.

We offer multiple shifts across many locations with pay ranging from $19 to $25 per hour. Candidates must hold a Mississippi LPN license (or compact state licensure), have 1+ year nursing experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi LPN license (or compact state licensure).
• 1+ years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care with assigned client during shift.
• Follow care plan and document tasks and observations.
• Ensure quality care by applying QA policies and procedures.
• Receive clinical direction from RN supervisor.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.

Duties

As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following:

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
