Job summary

Renaissance Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in New York. You will provide high-quality nursing care under RN supervision, monitor patients, administer medications, assist with ADLs, and support residents emotionally while communicating with families and care teams.

Active LPN license required; skilled nursing experience preferred.
