Renaissance Health & Rehabilitation Center in New York is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our team under RN supervision. You will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor residents, and document accurately while maintaining a patient-first approach.

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $3,500 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time, with available shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professionalism and growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
