The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens in New York seeks a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and resident care, with coordination with physicians, NPs, and families. Shifts run 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with daily pay options and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Administer medications including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes; educate residents and families.
