Complete Care at Ocean Grove is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate caregiving team in Neptune Township, NJ. Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available to fit your schedule.

You will administer medications, monitor residents' health, document changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care. We offer supportive leadership and opportunities for professional development in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ health, report any changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive resident care.
