The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role requires NY LPN licensure, clinical nursing knowledge, and the ability to supervise staff during shifts. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am with every other weekend required. The facility emphasizes dignity, respect, and high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center is a facility with 158 beds and is proud of their state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym servicing 60 + short term beds. Our The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and would provide an excellent setting for learning and growth.

• Pro-active in seeking interventions for resident care and services and performs duties with thoughtfulness, timeliness, knowledge and skill within the scope of his/her license.
• Flexible to special staffing or clinical situations which may require deviations from the usual work pattern,
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Maintains control of access to medications.
• Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
