Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Lowell Healthcare. This part-time evenings and nights position focuses on providing compassionate geriatric care and delivering high-quality nursing services to residents in a supportive setting.

As an LPN, you will collaborate with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, document changes, and uphold CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates CARE values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
