Job summary

Finecare is seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the United States, New York, Lake Mohegan. The role involves medication administration, resident care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

You will document care, educate residents and family members, adhere to infection control standards, and collaborate with physicians on care plans while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Experience in long term care preferred.
• Excellent communicator, positive attitude, and team player.

Responsibilities
