American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for North Woods Village. FT/PT Evening and PT Night shifts are available to support our residents with compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will conduct assessments, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being while upholding our CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
