Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with CNAs and other professionals to meet residents' needs.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN/LVN license, and CPR certification. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred. A sign-on bonus of $3,500 is available for full-time employment.

Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
