Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Washington state seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN role. You will provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting, monitor patient status, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and well-being.

The position requires an accredited LPN program graduate with active state licensure and CPR certification. At least one year of skilled nursing experience is preferred; evening and night shifts are available with shift

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and monitor status.
• Assign duties and supervise CNAs on a daily basis.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and ensure standards.

Wage Range: $35-43.62 DOE

Schedules Available: PRN all shifts available

Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role will involve monitoring and reporting changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
