Job summary

Civita Care Center at Danbury is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate patient care on our team. Night shift opportunities include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with 11 PM–7 AM or 7 AM–3 PM openings and full/part-time or per diem schedules.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with the care team, and document care activities in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compassion and dedication to patient well-being.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
