Our Baylor Program is a special weekend-focused schedule designed for employees who want to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours/pay.

For Example

• Work Saturday & Sunday: Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hours worked, paid as 32 hours
• Work Saturday & Sunday: Two 16-hour shifts = 32 hours worked, paid as 40 hours
