Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Florida is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with pay ranging from $24.50 to $28.25 per hour and shifts including 3pm-11pm, daytime, and evenings.

You will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patient status, and supervise CNAs, in alignment with Life Care standards. An active LPN license and CPR certification are required or obtained on orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and monitor patient condition.
• Provide care and services to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Monitor and report changes in patient status.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs on a daily basis.
