Job summary

The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking talented and hardworking LPNs to join our team. The facility emphasizes caring with a strong focus on independence and health, in a 158-bed setting with a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym.

Salary up to $42 per hour, competitive benefits, and a family-oriented work environment. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am, with every-other weekend commitment, on-site Long Island facility.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York State is required.
• Clinical knowledge and nursing practice aligned with regulatory standards.
• Team player and cooperative with co-workers across disciplines.
• Able to function under supervision and independently when necessary.
• Clear, tactful communication with physicians, supervisors and staff.
• Ability to assume unit leadership in the absence of the Unit Manager.
• Proactive in resident care interventions with timely actions.
• Flexible to adapt to staffing or clinical variations.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Maintains control of medications and inventory.
• Computer literate with strong organizational skills.
