Job summary

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Maine is seeking dedicated LPNs for full‑time shifts. Base pay ranges from $32.48 to $33 per hour, with additional shift differentials up to $42 per hour.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. We offer a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K, paid training, tuition reimbursement, student loan

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN) required.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
• Ability to work with aging and chronically ill patients in a team setting.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Full-Time openings for all shifts Base pay is $32.48 - $33 / Shift differentials up to $42.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
