Job summary

Bloomfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 3-11 or 11-7 shifts. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the well-being of our residents through direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
