Job summary

Bear Creek Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our senior living community in Colorado Springs. This PRN role covers 6a-2p and 2p-10p shifts, focusing on compassionate patient care and reliable medication support.

You must hold an unrestricted LPN license in the state. You will monitor residents, check vitals, coordinate with RNs, and communicate with families, contributing to a warm, homelike environment where residents feel valued.

Responsibilities
