Job summary

Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate, resident-focused care team in a on-site setting in Pennsylvania. Multiple shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN openings, with daily pay options and shift differentials.

Qualified candidates will hold an active PA LPN license with CPR certification. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required; new nurses are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required), new nurses welcome!
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.

• Part-time 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

• Part-time 11pm - 7:30am
