Role involves supervising staff and ensuring health and safety in accordance with regulations and policies while building trusted relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF LPN Experience Preferred.

Evening Shift: 3pm-11pm

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
