AHL Healthcare Group is seeking an LPN to advocate, support, educate and care for individuals with disabilities in a group home setting in Andover, MN. You will help residents develop living and social skills toward independence, under RN supervision and with Nursing Assistants.

The role emphasizes health maintenance, medication administration, personal care and behavioral management, with a commitment to enriching residents' lives and promoting happiness and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or CNA
• Past experience with high medical needs and personal cares
• Prefer past experience in a group home setting
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 18 years or older, and have completed HS diploma or GED
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, car insurance, and a clean record

Compensation: $24.00 - $27.00 hour depending on experience

Hours of Positions: 2pm - 10pm
