Job summary

Waverly Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Waverly, VA seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise staff and safeguard residents' health under state regulations and facility policies. You will mentor care teams, ensure high-quality resident care, and document care plans accurately.

The role requires a current LPN license and, preferably, LTC/SNF experience; we offer paid orientation, very supportive management, and opportunities for advancement in a growing organization

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
LTC/SNF Experience Preferred

Responsibilities
