Majestic Care of North Vernon is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team and uphold our core values. We provide excellent healthcare through compassionate care team members and a culture built on Listening, Empathy, Accountability, and Decisiveness.

As an LPN, you will render skilled nursing services on an assigned unit, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care in line with state and federal regulations. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered to new hires.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an LPN in the state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
• CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents’ condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments.
• Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Assist physicians with tests and procedures within the Nursing Practice Act.
• Report and record pertinent observations and reactions.
• Coordinate nursing care when residents undergo therapy or procedures.
• Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
