Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and potential results.
• Document treatments and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas as appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to meet goals.
