Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking an LPN to provide basic patient care in a clinic setting under the direction of a licensed RN or physician. You will assist with coordinating patient care and act as a liaison between patients, staff and physicians.

Requirements include a Missouri Practical Nurse license or a compact-state PN license and AHA BLS certification within 30 days, plus annual competency assessments. Schedule is full-time, days, with no holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Missouri Practical Nurse license or compact-state PN license.
• AHA BLS certification required within 30 days.
• Clinic Competency Assessment annually by transcript due date.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a professional RN or supervising Physician.
• Assist physician and staff in coordinating patient care.
