Job summary

Hospice & Community Care in Mount Joy, PA, seeks an Experienced LPN to join our Inpatient Center on a per diem basis. You will work 12-hour shifts and cover a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period, providing skilled nursing care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.

This role involves direct patient care, care planning and documentation, with orientation of 5–6 weeks. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, disability, life insurance, retirement plans and PTO.
