WJM Professional Services LLC is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide services at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Qualifications

• Be a graduate of a state-approved practical/vocational nursing program.
• At least 24 months of current nursing experience and must have worked in the last 6 months in a primary care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must pass a WJM and Veterans Administration Medical Center background check.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the nurse manager, the LPN works closely with others in Acute Care Medical/Surgical areas and Primary Care settings across Charleston VA and community clinics.
• Functions both dependently and independently with guidance from the Nurse Manager/designee.
• May be utilized in various Acute Care Medical/Surgical areas, ambulatory/outpatient clinics, and outpatient lab as needed.
• Interact professionally with patients, family members, other professionals, and staff, upholding established customer service standards.
