Day shift 7 am-7 pm; Night shift 7 pm-7 am. The LPN supervises staff and safeguards health, safety, and welfare of all Residents by following laws, regulations, and nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LTC/SNF Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
