Required Alaska LPN license and BLS certification; in-service requirements are annual, with potential relocation support for eligible full-time external hires.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
• Minimum Data Set (MDS) may be required if cross-trained into Electronic Case File (ECF) system.
• Upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
