Water's Edge, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time day or evening shifts in Middletown, CT. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support CNAs in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (LPN) in CT.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
