Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of LPN experience.
• Current Ohio LPN license; IV certification if bedside work.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficiency in medication administration and clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision according to plan of care.
• Record patient measurements and observations accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient well-being and infection control.
